> I am not advocating this as a long-term strategy, nor should the PPC abandon its values. For example, Canadian Muslims tend to favour mass migration, which is Canada’s biggest problem at present.

Doesn't work that way. If your strategy works, the PPC will find it much harder to "put the Muslims away" once they're actually in the party.

The Conservative Party of Canada has no problem "putting the white working class away," once they're in power. How has that worked out for them?

Expand full comment

Rather it hasn't succeeded in reaching out to them.

I may be showing my age, but I remember when it was taken for granted that the working class was the left's base.

The white working-class in Canada votes Conservative, with little to show for it. Indeed, no party has helped that particular segment of voters.

That's just electoral politics You either play it to win, or find another method (eg. The Freedom Convoy, which was high risk with little reward for its participants).

I'm not saying that this is right, but it is what it is.

What would it cost Maxime to say, "I support Palestine"?

Why would one wish to replace a leftist state with an Islamist state? Have Canadians given up on representative democracy?

What does "Support Palestine" mean to a Canadian? It means "kill all the jews" to a Palestinian.

That's just a straw man. I'm advocating using the Muslim vote to strategically build support -- not in favour of an Islamist state in Canada.

"Support Palestine" means to end Israel's mistreatment of Palestinians. The claim that it means to kill Jews is laughable, especially when prominent Jews like Dave Smith, Norman Finkelstein, and Gabor Maté support Palestine.

I’m in the USA. But I know that once you get Muslims’ support, they will turn on you as soon as they sense you aren’t 100% on their side (AOC just recently discovered this).

So as soon as the PPC gets enough influence, they need to immediately curb all immigration, including the legal kind.

How exactly has AOC been hurt by losing a little Muslim support? Afaik she’s still in Congress and earning a six-figure salary plus benefits. She still has an influence on policy.

Allowing Islam a position of power has never been a good strategy for Western states. I don’t see the concern as a strawman.

A few Western Jews opposing the State of Israel is not a reaponse to my comment.

Islam already holds power in Canada, as I mention in this article. The political party which doesn’t realize this should get used to losing.

Personally, I’d rather build temporary alliances with Muslims than a permanent one with Zionists. There is no benefit to Canada supporting Israel.

As a native Englishman, all I can say is that Galloway doesn't care about the WHITE working class only the working class, he's a shroud political animal that has used identity politicis very well in the recent election.

He will not push for a better treatment for the native English on an ethnic, spiritual or racial ground because he is a Hardcore Marxist.

Read the article. I am not claiming that the right-wing needs to perfectly mirror Galloway. Rather, we should learn from his successes.

Besides me reading the piece, soap box, ballot box, jury box and cartridge box. Britain is past soap and ballot box, recently with Sam Milel being arrested it's likely that the jury box is also shut so add it together what's left

Yes, the Sam Milel arrest was horrid. The leftist regime will persecute its opponents.

The regime will persecute anyone who is in actual opposition, the majority of the left, except Galloway for example, have been captured and a big chunk of the right have as well.

If your wanting some uncomfortable reading for UK political analysis I'd would suggest Scrump and Evelyn on substack.

He has also converted to Islam. His voter base is Muslim. He has all the talking points they like, and has always represented the part of the Labour Party hostile to Israel, however you think about the issue yourself. Galloway represents nothing new and he is not a model for the UK or Canada. The one positive aspect would be the panic reaction from the establishment.

More broadly the cultural group he is courting have their own agenda. It is pro immigration for their own, exploiting the weakness of parliamentary democracy which is particularly vulnerable to ethnic blocks voting as one, and is absolutely hostile to the multiculturalism they use to get on while a minority. They seek a monoculture and are fairly open about it. Popular podcasts by Muslims routinely talk about their disgust of infidels they are forced to live with.

The only way to save any of our countries is to tackle the dangers of mass immigration head on. In Britain upwards of 80 percent are hostile to immigration and diversity. It is that statistic we must build on. Articles like the one above assume anti-immigration is some fringe belief. It is not. The narrative is controlled by an elite who are losing.
